1. Introduction
By booking a tour with Incredible Taj Tour you agree to the following terms and conditions.
2. Booking & Confirmation
- Tour Booking: All tour bookings must be completed online through our official website or through our authorized partners. Once the booking is submitted, an email confirmation will be sent.
- Payment: A full or partial deposit is required upon booking. Payment can be made via credit card, debit card, or bank transfer.
- Booking Confirmation: A tour booking is confirmed only after receipt of the payment, and a final email confirmation is provided.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellation by Client: Any cancellations must be made in writing and sent via email. Cancellations made:
- More than 30 days prior to the tour: 90% refund.
- Between 15 and 29 days: 50% refund.
- Less than 15 days: No refund.
- Cancellation by Us: In the rare event that we must cancel the tour due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, security concerns), a full refund will be provided or an alternative tour date will be offered.
4. Tour Inclusions & Exclusions
- Inclusions: Unless otherwise stated, the tour includes transportation to and from the Taj Mahal, entrance fees and guide services.
- Exclusions: Personal expenses, meals and tips are not included. Any additional services not listed in the itinerary will incur extra charges.
5. Itinerary Changes
We reserve the right to make adjustments to the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, local events, or operational needs. In such cases, every effort will be made to ensure minimal disruption to the tour.
6. Liability & Responsibility
- Our Liability: We will make every effort to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience, but we are not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property during the tour unless it results from our negligence.
- Client Responsibility: You are responsible for adhering to the local laws, customs, and regulations. Any damages or injuries caused by failure to follow rules, regulations, or safety advice will be your responsibility.
7. Health & Travel Insurance
It is strongly recommended that clients obtain comprehensive travel and health insurance before the tour. This insurance should cover personal injury, medical costs, repatriation, and loss or damage to property.
8. Passport & Visa Requirements
International travelers are responsible for ensuring they possess valid passports and appropriate visas for entry into India. We do not accept responsibility for delays, cancellations, or extra costs incurred due to non-compliance with immigration or customs regulations.
9. Code of Conduct
- Respectful Behavior: We expect all participants to behave respectfully toward fellow travelers, guides, and local residents. Harassment, disruptive behavior, or any form of discrimination will not be tolerated.
- Dress Code: In respect of local culture, visitors should dress modestly, especially while visiting the Taj Mahal and religious sites.
10. Force Majeure
We are not liable for any delays, cancellations, or changes in the tour schedule due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, strikes, epidemics, or governmental restrictions.
11. Privacy Policy
Your personal information is collected solely for the purpose of booking and conducting the tour. We do not share your data with third parties unless required by law.
12. Acceptance of Terms
By completing a booking with Incredible Taj Tour, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
